01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Levion Technologies LLC ("Levion AI," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of this website, including any content, functionality, and services offered through it (the "Site"). - Use the Site to transmit any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "spam," or any similar solicitation, without our consent.
- Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.
- Introduce any viruses, malware, trojan horses, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
05 Prohibited Conduct — Hacking & Scraping
In addition to the general rules above, and because they matter enough to call out specifically, the following are strictly prohibited:
Hacking & unauthorized access
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, any account, computer system, or network connected to the Site, whether through password mining, vulnerability scanning, exploit attempts, or any other means.
- Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with any security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of content.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Site or any related system or network, except as part of an authorized, pre-approved security research program we have explicitly agreed to in writing.
Scraping & automated data collection
- Using any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access, monitor, copy, or extract any part of the Site, its content, or its underlying code, without our express prior written permission.
- Using any automated process or service (whether or not human-assisted) to send requests to the Site at a volume or frequency that a human could not reasonably generate themselves.
- Harvesting or collecting information about other users or visitors to the Site, including email addresses, without their consent.
- Using data extracted from the Site to build a competing product, dataset, or directory, or for AI model training, without our express prior written permission.
How this provision actually works: Laws like the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act target unauthorized access to systems protected by authentication, security measures, or technical access controls — generally speaking, true hacking. Separately, by agreeing to these Terms, you are entering a contract with us, and violating the scraping and automated-access restrictions above is a breach of that contract, which can expose you to civil liability (and may also implicate other laws, such as copyright or computer-trespass statutes, depending on what you do and how). Courts have held that purely contractual restrictions like this one generally bind users who have agreed to these Terms (for example, by creating an account or otherwise accepting them), and are on weaker footing against parties who never agreed to them in the first place. We are telling you this plainly rather than overstating what this clause can do: the prohibition above is real and we intend to enforce it, but its legal force comes from contract law, not from criminal hacking statutes, unless your conduct independently violates those statutes (for example, by defeating an authentication or access-control system).

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts, except where applicable law requires a different forum.
