The short version: any information you enter into this website — through our contact form, demo request form, or similar forms — is used only for the purpose we explicitly tell you at the point we collect it (for example, to respond to a demo request or a message you send us). We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use form submissions for any purpose beyond what is stated when you submit them.
01 Our Core Commitment
Levion Technologies LLC ("Levion AI," "we," "us," or "our") built this policy around one simple rule: data you enter into our website is not used for any reason other than what is explicitly stated to you at the time you provide it. If you fill out our "Book a Demo" form to request a demo, we use that information to follow up about a demo — not to add you to unrelated marketing lists, not to share with advertisers, and not to repurpose for any undisclosed purpose.
Where this policy describes broader categories of data use (for example, basic analytics about how the site is used), those uses are limited to operating, securing, and improving this website, as described below.
02 Who We Are
This website is operated by Levion Technologies LLC, a Metro Atlanta–based software company ("Levion AI"). For the purposes of European data protection law, Levion Technologies LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
You can reach us using the contact details at the end of this policy.
03 Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and limited technical information collected automatically.
Information you provide to us
- Contact and demo request details: name, work email address, phone number, company name, job title, company size, industry, and any project details you choose to share when you submit our "Book a Demo" form.
- Communications: anything you send us directly by email or through a form, including the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring page, collected through normal web server logs and any analytics tools we use.
- Cookies: small files described in Section 8.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as health information, racial or ethnic origin, or biometric data) through this website, and we ask that you not include such information in any form field or message to us.
04 How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above only for the purposes explicitly stated when it is collected, which generally fall into these categories:
- Responding to your request. If you submit our demo request form, we use your details to contact you, schedule, and prepare a relevant product walkthrough.
- Responding to your messages. If you email us or use a contact form, we use the information you provide to reply to you.
- Operating and securing the website. Limited technical/usage data helps us keep the site running, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse.
- Understanding site usage. Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics may help us understand which pages are useful and where the site can be improved.
- Legal compliance. Where required, we may use or retain information to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our legal rights.
We do not use information submitted through our forms to send unrelated marketing communications unless you separately and clearly opt in to receive them, and we do not sell personal data collected through this website to third parties.
05 Our Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires us to identify the legal basis we rely on for each use of your personal data. We rely on the following bases:
| Purpose | Legal basis under GDPR |
|---|---|
| Responding to a demo request or message you send us | Performance of a contract you've asked us to take steps toward, or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries directed at us |
| Operating, securing, and maintaining the website | Our legitimate interest in running a functional, secure website |
| Basic, aggregated usage analytics | Our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website, or your consent where required (e.g., for non-essential cookies) |
| Compliance with legal obligations | Compliance with a legal obligation |
Where we rely on consent (for example, for certain cookies), you may withdraw that consent at any time, as described in Section 8.
06 When We Share Information
We do not sell personal data collected through this website. We disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We may share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — for example, hosting providers, email delivery services, or CRM tools — solely so they can perform those services for us, and only to the extent needed to do so.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Levion AI, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If Levion AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy's commitments continuing to apply or you being notified of any material change.
- With your direction. If you ask us to share information with a specific third party, we will do so for that stated purpose.
Any third party we share data with is required to use it only for the purpose we've engaged them for, and not for their own independent purposes.
07 How Long We Keep Data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, including:
- Demo request and contact form submissions are generally retained while we are actively corresponding with you, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you follow up, after which they are deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law or a legitimate business record-keeping need.
- Basic technical/server log data is typically retained for a limited operational period and then deleted or aggregated.
You may also request earlier deletion of your information, as described in Sections 9 and 10.
08 Cookies & Similar Technologies
This website may use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) for purposes such as remembering basic preferences, keeping the site secure, and understanding aggregate site usage. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the site's core functionality (such as remembering that you've opened the mobile menu). These do not require consent under GDPR.
- Analytics cookies (if used): help us understand aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns. Where required by law, these are only set with your consent.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Doing so may affect some site functionality. Where applicable, we honor recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) for the purposes those signals are designed to communicate (e.g., opt-out of sale/sharing of personal information, where applicable).
09 Your Rights — EU / UK / Switzerland (GDPR)
If GDPR applies to you, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — to obtain confirmation of whether we process your data, and a copy of it.
- Right to rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — to have your data deleted in certain circumstances.
- Right to restrict processing — to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
- Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it transferred to another controller, where technically feasible.
- Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including for direct marketing.
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, where we rely on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint — with your local data protection authority, if you believe we have not handled your data lawfully.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 15. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
10 Your Rights — U.S. State Privacy Laws
A growing number of U.S. states — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others — have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and similar laws elsewhere). Depending on where you live and whether a given law applies to our business, you may have rights that include:
- Right to know / access — what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and disclosed.
- Right to delete — to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to correct — to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out — of the sale or "sharing" of personal information, and of targeted advertising, to the extent we engage in either (as noted above, we do not sell personal data collected through this site).
- Right to non-discrimination — for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 15. We will verify your request using the information available to us and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
A note on state-by-state differences: U.S. state privacy laws are changing quickly — new states are passing comprehensive privacy laws, and existing laws are regularly amended. Georgia, where Levion AI is headquartered, has not historically had a comprehensive consumer privacy statute, and conflicting reports exist about the status of recent Georgia legislation on this topic. Because the specific rights available to you can depend on your state of residence and on legislative developments that may occur after this policy was last updated, we encourage you to contact us directly with any rights request, and we will honor applicable rights under the law that protects you, regardless of exactly which statute governs.
11 International Data Transfers
Levion AI is based in the United States, and the infrastructure we use to operate this website may process and store data in the United States or other countries. If you are accessing this site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country with different data protection laws than your own.
Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on recognized legal mechanisms for international transfers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable, and we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection for your data consistent with GDPR requirements.
12 How We Protect Your Data
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, appropriate to the nature of the data we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your information and to notifying you and/or the appropriate authorities of any data breach involving your personal data as required by applicable law.
13 Children's Privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16 (or the relevant minimum age under applicable local law). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
14 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do, and where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.
